Verse Speaking

Congratulations to everyone in Year 3 for participating in Verse Speaking! We are so proud of you all

Hot, Hot, Hot

We have been learning all about the weather in Year 3, we enjoyed doing a rainfall experiment! We have also been learning all about 2D and 3D shapes, we went around the school on a shape hunt, it was great fun.

Pancake Tuesday

We had lot’s of fun today making and eating pancakes! Yummy!

Creativity Week 2026

We have had an AMAZING week in school, we have had drama, music and dancing and then to finish the week off we were entertained by pupils from Year 4 to Year 7.

Hip Hop with Irena on Tuesday.

Mr Wright talked to us about different musical instruments on Tuesday.

On Wednesday The Ulster Scots Agency came to school, we had Highland Dancing, piping and drumming.

On Thursday we had 4 members from the Ulster Orchestra, it was fantastic and we found out all about an orchestra and the different instruments!

On Friday Samantha Mitchell came into school, we had a singing workshop with her.  It was lot’s of fun!

To finish our fantastic Creativity Week, pupils from Year 4-7 put on a talent show.  They were all super!

Love For Life

Wonder!

Love For Life came in to our class this week, we really enjoyed wondering about things and remembering how to look after our bodies, keep safe and to be kind!

World Book Day

We all enjoyed dressing up for World Book Day, we had lot’s of fun listening to the Year 6 pupils reading us stories.  We made beautiful bookmarks and designed book covers.  We had a great day!
